The City of Smyrna, Georgia is seeking a qualified firm to provide a complete compliance monitoring, enforcement, and analytical service to monitor short term rentals in accordance with the City of Smyrna’s Short-term Rental Ordinance (Article XI of Chapter 22 – Business in the City’s Code of Ordinances). The intent of this solicitation is to select a vendor experienced in identifying, monitoring and reporting, and providing enforcement and analytical mechanisms related to short-term rental compliance.
