The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide right of way acquisition services on an as needed basis as determined by the City. The projects requiring these services will be infrastructure or facility projects through the public works department of the City of Milton and may include local, Fulton County TSPLOST, State or Federal funding. The anticipated size of the capital program is approximately $40-50 Million in construction. The type of projects may include bridge, stormwater, roadway, pedestrian, or facility improvements. All Consultants must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein.
The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
