ITB 22-PW14 - 170 Cox Road Demolition Project

The general scope of work will consist of demolition of a block building on a basement. All demolition debris from the building and basement will be removed from the site. The building area will be backfilled with compactable fill to grade. Once the area is backfilled and compaction is reached the entire area will be covered with 3” of asphalt millings and compacted.

To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list.  No exceptions.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
