Renovation of the existing West Dixie Park property located at 125 West Dixie Avenue, Marietta, GA. 30008. Scope of work includes but not limited to: Removal of concrete, asphalt, trees, and select existing appurtenances. Construction includes: installation of concrete trails and walkways, fencing, site furnishings, landscaping, new drainage structure as well as upgrades to existing drainage infrastructure. Site prep and coordination for the install of prefabricated restroom and to include utility connections for restroom. Preparation and coordination for installation of new playground to also include drainage connections and perimeter fencing around playground.
