Consultant for a Pavement Condition Survey
The City of Fayetteville, Georgia
RFP Due: Tuesday, June 7, 2022 @ 200 P.M.
Question Deadline: Tuesday, May 24, 2022 @ 5:00 P.M.
The City of Fayetteville is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide a Pavement Condition Survey. The City road system consist of approximately 100 miles of paved roads. Proposals should be submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf) via email to Carleetha Talmadge at ctalmadge@fayetteville-ga.gov before 2:00PM on June 7, 2022 at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Complete proposals should be submitted with the email subject listing: PROPOSAL FOR PAVEMENT CONDITION SURVEY and all proposals should contain the firm’s name, mailing address and telephone number in the email.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
