Instructions to Bidders:
1. All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the Purchasing Manager,
Tyra Little, tlittle@fairburn.com.
2. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via email to the Purchasing Manager and are due by Friday August 4, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid name “On-Call Mechanical Services” Bid 23-019, and your company name on the outside of the envelope. One (1) original signed copy and one (1) flash drive of the original must be submitted with your bid.
