The City of Fairburn will accept sealed bids from qualified contractors for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the CDBG, Fairburn Parking lot Project Contract #23-024. The work includes grading complete, construction of a new parking lot, sidewalk, header curb, a driveway apron, lighting, landscaping, and associated tasks. All work must be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days of the notice to proceed with construction (NTP).
