Description

The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (“ITN”) is to obtain student insurance proposals from reputable insurance brokerage providers to cover the UWF international student population of F-1 and J-1 visa holders. This request comes after review of practices at peer institutions and review of best practices in the higher education industry. The goal of the request is to have a comprehensive coverage plan for students during their study at UWF beginning with the Fall 2023 semester. Students will be automatically enrolled in the preferred provider plan with the option to apply for a waiver within a specified deadline.
