Construction of a new Police Station, as specified in the Scope of Work.

Existing sidewalk additions, repairs and accessibility retrofits.
Existing surface parking lot additions, repairs and accessibility retrofits.

The Town of Lake Placid will receive sealed bids at the above-listed site office address between normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, until no later than August 27th, 2025; at 3:00 PM EST. After which, at said office, they will be publicly opened and read out loud.
