St. Petersburg College is soliciting proposals from companies experienced and qualified to answer incoming phone calls from students, prospective students, and the general public. This includes pre-admissions, admissions enrollment, and financial aid related calls. It also includes calls received from the general public about events, hours of operation, etc.
It does not include our Learning Management System or Technical Helpdesk support phone calls.
The college is seeking a vendor who can handle a high volume that ramps up and down with an annual total volume of approximately 90,000 phone calls.
