Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wymore Road Improvements including the widening and paving of Wymore Road, and construction of a storm sewer system from Lake Destiny Road north to Spring Valley Road. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination, and incidentals necessary to widen and pave Wymore Road and construction of a storm sewer system from Lake Destiny Road north to Spring Valley Road. Major work items include, but are not limited to, setting a Maintenance of Traffic Plan, installing erosion control measures, site preparation, construction of concrete curb and sidewalks, reconstruct driveway connections, installing base material and asphalt concrete pavement, construction of storm sewer inlets, manholes and pipes, signing and pavement markings, signalization, ITS, and structures including gravity walls and a MSE retaining wall. Restore work area to equal or better condition.
