Window cleaning shall include interior and exterior surfaces, where applicable, ensuring a streak-free and clear finish. Contractor must use soft-wash techniques where high pressure may cause damage and shall use appropriate lifts, scaffolding, and safety harnesses. Contractor is responsible for protecting landscaping, signage, and fixtures adjacent to the buildings. Contractor shall coordinate with the Facilities Manager, or delegate, for scheduling access, water usage, and traffic rerouting, if necessary. All cleaning agents and chemicals must be pre-approved. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage caused during the work. All work areas shall be left clean and free of debris upon completion. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit each site prior to submitting a bid to become familiar with conditions.
