Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work included in this Contract will be done at the future Brevard County US192 Solid Waste Management Facility at 109 Clayton Road, Melbourne, FL 32935 which is off of US192 Highway east of the Brevard County and Osceola County line. The site is owned by the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners and will be operated by the Brevard County Solid Waste Management Department. The Work is for the construction of paved access roads, utilities, stormwater structures, stormwater ditches, embankments, wetland creation and enhancements. The Work includes furnishing all labor, work, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, incidentals, health and safety, and performing all work necessary to construct the roads, stormwater management facilities, utilities, and wetland enhancements.
