In addition to the sale and maintenance of TopoDOT™, Certainty 3D is the only source for training and support services. TopoDOT™ possesses the following unique characteristics: 1. Bentley™ Integration: TopoDOT™ seamlessly integrates with Bentley™ applications, which are used by the Planning, Real Estate and Economic Development Department at the City of Orlando. 2. Comprehensive Processing Features: It offers a full suite of tools for the processing of point cloud data and design features. Including AI tools for automated point cloud extraction, as-built condition modeling, asset inventory, surface analysis, and more. 3. Broad Data Compatibility: TopoDOT™ imports point cloud and calibrated image data from all LiDAR and point cloud-producing photogrammetry systems. As the sole developer and provider of TopoDOT™, we hereby affirm in good faith that there are no other manufacturers, distributors, or providers that can sell, deliver, or service a comparable product or service capable of meeting the functional and productive requirements of the City of Orlando for this procurement.
