Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor shall surge well using reverse air drilling method to clear and remove cuttings prior to removal of drilling string. b. The Contractor shall furnish Test Pump, generator, meters, hoses, valves, sand counter, and all equipment needed to complete well development. The well shall be pumped and purged until the well water has a NTU of 1 or less. The flow meter shall be capable of operation between 150 GPM and 2000 GPM. The flow shall be calibrated within 1 year. c. A step rate test shall be performed using test pump equipment. The step rate shall be run at a minimum of 1 hour or until stabilization occurs for each step. A electronic transducer shall be installed into a still well and readings taken 1 hour prior to the test. The test shall be in three steps 150 GPM, 300 GPM and 500 GPM. All test results shall be turned into owner when completed.
