The vendor will provide aerial insecticide application support for the Seminole County Mosquito Control Program on an as needed basis. The professional services will include aerial larvicide and adulticide via fixed wing and / or rotary aircraft, but not be limited to: I. AERIAL SERVICES: TASK 1 -Aerial Adulticiding: To control adult mosquitoes that will be limited to specific locations identified in Seminole County. The COUNTY may treat 50,000 acres per year. Annual aerial adulticiding applications may increase gradually during the ensuing five (5) year period. Aerial adulticiding in Seminole County may increase as the need arises. Additional aerial mosquito treatment areas may be identified during the contract. The specific locations and frequency of insecticide application shall be determined at the sole discretion of the COUNTY. Global positioning system (GPS) coordinates of all sites will be provided by the COUNTY to the SERVICE PROVIDER. During the term of this agreement the COUNTY, at its sole discretion, may add, delete or modify portions of the work scope functions. There is no guarantee that the approximate acres will be conducted during the year. Annual aerial larviciding applications may increase gradually during the ensuing five (5) year period. Aerial larviciding in Seminole County may increase as the need arises. Additional aerial larviciding treatment areas may be identified during the contract. The specific locations and frequency of insecticide application shall be determined at the sole discretion of the COUNTY.
