The Pinellas County School District ("District") invites proposals from private Respondents or development teams (each a "Respondent") interested in transforming the two (2) sites described below into residential communities (together the “Project”) featuring housing options for District-employed teachers and staff. The District is searching for a Respondent with experience working with municipalities and/or public entities in developing residential sites and whose proposed project would meet the Goals and Principles of the District and have a positive impact on the neighboring community. Respondents are encouraged to seek and present creative legal and financial options that would benefit the District, the Respondent, and the future tenants of the development.
