The vendor should also meet the following minimum requirements: • Provide outreach/counseling to students during the grace period. • Provide outreach/counseling to students who are delinquent on their loans. • Provide outreach/counseling to students who have defaulted on their loans, including default rehabilitation. • Provide above outreach to students via multiple mediums (phone, email, text, mail, etc.) and utilize skip tracing methods. • Provide easy access for Valencia College staff to obtain regular data and reports on Valencia College student loan borrowers and outreach efforts/results. • Provide an online/mobile portal for students to access loan tracking information, repayment calculators, and robust financial literacy resources.
