All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a sole source procurement to Seal Analytical, Inc., for a one (1) year period, at a total of $60,640.00 for the maintenance of the Seal Analytical AQ instruments and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and consumables. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-205(2)(e) of the County’s Procurement Policy and is considered a sole source as maintenance, services, parts, and warranties for existing equipment is provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is only reasonably available from Seal Analytical, Inc. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
