Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction of stormwater drainage infrastructure improvements located in Seaboard Cargo Yard as described and shown on the drawings. Including but not limited to associated demolition, site clearing, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, paving, fencing, storm drainage piping, collection structures, junction structures, pollution control structures, temporary and/or permanent relocation of existing facilities, drainage wells, utilities, utilities adjustment, modification to existing structures, concrete work, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, daily litter control, final cleanup of construction work to Owner's satisfaction and other appurtenances and miscellaneous items and work for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation of the proposed drainage system.
