Specifications include, but are not limited to: LITERATURE/CUT SHEETS All vendors are requested to provide cut sheets and/or descriptive literature of each item being offered. COLORS Vendors will provide a color chart with bid submittal for the chef’s coat being offered. Color(s) to be purchased will be chosen based on the awarded vendors color chart. All colors are outlined in the specifications below. UNIFORM FIT SETS After the School Board approval, the awarded vendor shall supply the School District of Osceola County, FL, School Nutrition Services with two (2) fit sets within two (2) weeks of notification of award with each uniform style, shirt, and pants. The fit sets shall consist of all styles and sizes offered and to be purchased during the contract period. Fit sets are to be furnished to the School District at no cost. If during the contract period the awarded vendor has had to change the style based on an item discontinuance (paragraph 1.06), the awarded vendor shall provide two (2) new fit sets of the substituted item. There shall be no additional cost to the School District for providing the new fit sets.
