Contractors are responsible to review the solicitation in its entirety. Prospective contractors must provide the company name, complete address, phone number, email address, SAM UEI number, and the NPS solicitation number on the submitted quote. Contractors that plan on submitting a quote must be able to provide equipment and delivery, FOB destination, to the place of performance meeting all specifications listed on the specification sheet.
