1. Roof Removal – Remove and dispose of the existing roofing system, including membrane, insulation, base sheets, flexible and metal flashings, and all associated components down to the structural deck or substrate, unless otherwise noted. 2. New Roof Installation – Install a new thermoplastic single-ply roofing membrane, flashing system, rigid insulation, and associated sheet metal flashings as indicated in the drawings. 3. Primary Roof Drains – Remove and replace primary roof drains; reconnect to existing leader piping. 4. Secondary Drainage Systems – Remove and replace secondary (overflow) roof drains and throughparapet roof scuppers. Adjust scupper heights and relocate as needed to accommodate new insulation and drainage requirements. Modify existing wall assemblies as required. 5. Rooftop Equipment Adjustments – Remove, reinstall, and reconnect rooftop equipment curbs and associated mechanical/electrical components as needed to accommodate new roofing work and maintain proper functionality.
