The intent of this bid is to obtain competitive pricing for road maintenance and road fill delivery services on J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area (Corbett WMA) and John C. and Mariana Jones/Hungryland Wildlife and Environmental Area (Hungryland WEA) in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, per the specifications herein. The Corbett WMA project area includes up to 14 miles of existing roads including Stumpers Grade, Tomato Field Grade, South Grade, J Camp Entrance, Field Office Entrance, Boardwalk/Youth Camp Entrance, and South Check parking lot. Road maintenance services on Corbett WMA are expected to be performed up to 6 times per year, as funding and conditions allow. Corbett WMA is in northern Palm Beach County, approximately 13 miles east of I-95. Access to the worksite is off Seminole Pratt Whitney Road via Northlake Blvd (Figures 1 and 2). The Hungryland WEA project area includes up to 14 miles of existing shell/lime rock levee roads. Road maintenance on Hungryland WEA is expected to be performed up to 3 times per year, as funding and conditions allow. Hungryland WEA is in northern Palm Beach and southern Martin Counties, approximately 6.5 miles west of I-95. Access to the worksite is via CR-711/Pratt Whitney Road, approximately 1.5 miles north of the intersection with SR-706 (Indiantown Road) in Palm Beach County or 6.9 miles south of the intersection with CR-708 (Bridge Road) in Martin County. The main gate is located on the west side of CR-711/Pratt Whitney Road (Figures 3 and 4).
