Project Description: The City of Palm Bay is requesting bids for Repair, Maintenance and Rehabilitation Services for the water and wastewater treatment plants. The Scope of work will include but is not limited to the following areas: 1. Maintenance: Routine inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to equipment; calibration of monitoring instruments and control systems; replacement of worn or damaged parts. Repairs: Emergency and non-emergency repairs of mechanical, electrical, and control systems; repair and replacement of pumps, motors, valves, pipes, and other critical infrastructure components; structural repairs to buildings, tanks, and other physical plant assets. Upgrades: Assessment of current systems for potential upgrades or improvements; replacing outdated equipment with more efficient models; system optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
