Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Vendor shall provide bread as listed on each Hospital’s Task List provided in Attachments I, II, and III. The quantities stated in this ITB are estimates only. The actual quantities ordered will solely be determined by the needs of each Hospital. B. Vendor must maintain an adequate stock to meet the needs of the Hospitals. C. Each Hospital’s delivery schedules are included on each Hospital’s Task List provided in Attachments I, II, and III and the quantities listed must be delivered to each Hospital on the specified days of the week. D. All products delivered to the Hospitals must meet or exceed United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) specifications and industry standards. E. Perishable products must have a minimum shelf-life of seven (7) days after receipt of delivery.
