Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Facilitate the review of the City’s processes with City departments and MaintStar.•Make sure the MaintStar program screens are configured to meet the City’s requirements.•Provide the City complete documentation of the implementation process.•IVR call flow.•Schedule, facilitate and take minutes of all project meetings including those with other vendors.•Monitor and Track the progress of task assigned to City staff and the responsibility of MaintStar and provide reports to the IT Director.•Validate the data that MaintStar converts from Munis, the City’s ERP system, to the MaintStar program.•Facilitate the preparation of training materials for City staff and schedule the training.•Provide the necessary guidance for training and switching over to the MaintStar program.•Resolve issues as necessary after the initial go-live date.•Be on site as necessary to accomplish all of the above.
