Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Respondent shall perform all the duties and responsibilities normally associated with providing property management services for Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility. These duties shall include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Create and maintain a separate oversight and administrative monitoring component to ensure full compliance with the Owner’s goals for the property and with State of Florida ALF regulations. Must meet monthly with the Owner to review property performance and to assess compliance with State ALF regulations. 2. Prepare a detailed Management Plan that will outline the policies and procedures to be followed in the management and operation of the Palm Terrace ALF. THA must review and approve any necessary or desirable changes to the Management Plan prior to implementation. 3. Carry out all leasing, collection, eviction and maintenance activities necessary to manage the Properties on behalf of the Owner.
