Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct, as required, meetings to distribute available data and information, including project objectives, constraints, budgetary limitations, and time restraints. Provide a copy of current Emergency Management Plans, Standard Operating Guidelines, Policy and Procedure Memorandums, Job Aides, Hazard Specific Plans or any other documentation relevant to the project to DEM, when necessary. Provide available drawings, maps, specifications, schedules, reports, data and other information developed by DEM and its member local governments and agencies, which DEM considers pertinent to the project and to the vendor’s responsibilities, when necessary. Provide access to and use of facilities and resources to the vendor to complete project deliverables, if necessary. Provide space necessary for any and all coordination or planning sessions necessary for completion of the project. Facilitate contact with all other County Departments and Divisions, as well as partner agencies, if necessary. Provide access to venue to conduct trainings and/or exercises including access to computers, if necessary. Issue orders on an as needed basis. Provide awarded vendors with a copy of PPM-O-017; confidentiality.
