Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall: a) Provide a complete service for odor and corrosion control including the manufacture and supply of liquid chemicals and of vapor phase treatment units. b) Manufacture, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and install or remove all related storage, feed, and control/monitoring equipment necessary to achieve odor control on a collection system. c) Manufacture ammonium calcium nitrate double salt containing a minimum of 3.5 pounds of nitrate-oxygen per gallon and having a minimum specific gravity of 1.42. The offered solution shall be able to reduce dissolved sulfide concentrations to <0.1 mg/L at the specified monitoring points and/or as needed to eliminate odor complaints within the treatment area. The crystallization point of the material shall be less than -20 degrees Fahrenheit. d) Maintain a supply chain of more than 200,000 gallons of the specified ammonium calcium nitrate solution per year to various Utilities Pump Stations. e) Manufacture, deliver, adjust, service, troubleshoot, and repair vapor phase technology equipment used to eliminate and control odors emanating from a wastewater collection system.
