Miami-Dade County, on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather input and gauge interest from the private sector on potential uses for two enclosed, currently unused spaces at the Golden Glades Multimodal Transportation Facility (GGMTF). The GGMTF is located at 16000 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL (Folio No. 30-2114-000-0095). It includes the following spaces which the County is seeking to lease out to provide revenue to be used to support GGMTF operations: • An approximately 10,050 square enclosed, unfinished space located on the ground floor of the newly constructed parking garage. (“Garage Space”). • A free standing structure located on the west side of the GGMTF which was originally planned to be used as an intercity bus hub (“Bus Hub”). • A covered outdoor area along the bus bay area on the north side of the parking garage (“Outdoor Space”). • Parking spaces in the parking garage. Any resulting commercial leases will be subject to applicable federal, state and Miami-Dade County requirements.
