Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Facilities and Fleet Department aims to diminish the presence of banners and clings in the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) lobby by transitioning to LED digital signage. This initiative offers clients greater flexibility in the content they wish to display and this transition represents a more sustainable approach to advertisement. This project shall be turnkey, meaning that the contractor will provide all necessary components, including displays, electrical and data infrastructure. This encompasses the entire process, from design to mounting the panels, connecting data and power, and ensuring seamless functionality. Additionally, the contractor will offer training on operating and maintaining the LED screens, along with providing one (1) year warranty after project final acceptance by the City (all inspections passed).
