The City of Riviera Beach (CITY) invites qualified firms to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for the purpose of providing professional marine / marina consulting services in accordance with the scope of services provided herein. This solicitation document provides guidelines for the submission of responses for the desired professional consultant services. Firms should prepare their submittals simply and economically, providing a straightforward and concise description of their relevant expertise, capacity, approach and availability to meet the requirements of this solicitation. This procurement will comply with applicable City Ordinances and State of Florida Laws, specifically Chapter 255 and “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act” (CCNA), Section. 287.055, Florida Statutes.
