• The district is requesting a refresh for older or unsupported printer models in the district’s managed print solution. The goal is to purchase hardware and have a one price solution per impression that includes toner, service, support, and replacement parts required to keep the devices fully operational. • Classroom and administrative printers will be primarily monochrome laser printers. Common area printers will have scan-to-email cloud storage scanning for Microsoft 365, and monochrome and color printing capabilities. All new printing devices must have duplex capabilities. • Additionally, the awarded vendor will provide monthly billing to each individual school site. The awarded vendor will be able to provide support and have experience with PaperCut MF managed printer software along with Print Deploy and Mobility print feature enabled. This project is a multi-year refresh project with the goal of providing printing function to school sites and support sites and offices.
