The following commodity or service is thought to be available from only a sole source (or reasonable source) and is the only commodity/services that meets the County’s needs: Gnural Net LiveToAir 12 System (LiveToAir) by Gnural Net Inc. The system shall provide seamless remote guest participation in live television and webcasting productions, with a robust Live-to-Air solution that allows multiple guests to join broadcasts from their computers, tablets, or smart phones—without the need for downloads. The system shall improve live call-in show management, enhance guest screening capabilities, integrate effortlessly with studio operations, and maintain reliable connections between the participants and operators. Additionally, it shall streamline the incorporation of remote guests into broadcasting and webcasting workflows.
