Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Apply a whitewash treatment to each lychee tree which has been pruned/trimmed prior to Miticide Treatment on each grove site. NOTE: See Attachment A for details of treatment.2. Treat each lychee tree identified as positive for Lychee Erinose Mite with one application of an approved sulfur‐based miticide treatment after tree has been pruned/trimmed. See Attachment A for details of treatment.3. Retreat each lychee tree identified as positive for Lychee Erinose Mite with approved sulfur‐based miticide seven (7) times after the onset of bud/leaf break unless directed by FDACS, DPI to stop treatment. See Attachment A for details of treatment. NOTE: Bud/leaf break will be determined by an FDACS/DPI representative.4. Treat each lychee tree identified as negative for Lychee Erinose Mite with one application of an approved sulfur‐based miticide treatment. See Attachment A for details of treatment.5. Conduct decontamination practices prior to leaving the work site and removing equipment from the worksite. See DECONTAMINATION guidelines in Attachment A for details.6. Tree treatments will only be on properties designated by the FDACS, DPI and shall be supervised by a Program representative to ensure verification. FDACS, DPI shall make no reimbursement or payment to any vendor for any unauthorized tree treatment or property damage incurred by the vendor. The vendor shall repair any damage incurred within the time frame of the contract.7. In the event that a lychee tree initially identified as negative for lychee mite is determined to be positive by FDACS, DPI, sulfur‐based miticide treatments will begin. FDACS, DPI will provide 5‐day notification to the vendor by telephone/text.8. Vendor shall supply all the necessary personnel and equipment to complete the work on the scheduled work day.9. Vendor shall follow all OSHA safety guidelines when operating any equipment in the performance of the work requested by the FDACS. 10. Vendor shall observe best practices in the performance of the work, following all safety guidelines as established by OSHA or as directed by the FDACS. 11. Vendor shall follow all applicable chemical labels and exemptions.
