Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this project is the renovation and expansion of the Lauderhill Fleet Maintenance Facility Building. The building renovation of approximately +/-4024 SF. The expansion is a total of +/-455 SF, and the addition of two new aluminum canopies total of +/-1,984 SF. The site for the facility is located at 1919 NW 55th Ave. Lauderhill, FL illustrated in the site survey and site plan. Construction services to include all labor, material, equipment and incidentals for the renovation and expansion of the building that houses the Lauderhill Fleet Maintenance Facility. DB Contractor will provide all technical services, including survey and geotechnical evaluations required to construct additions to the Lauderhill Fleet Maintenance Facility Building. The construction of the addition to the building will generally consist of a new administrative area, that includes a reception and office, new impact resistant doors and windows throughout the entire building, new plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, as well as, interior renovations, and 2 new aluminum canopies - one located over the existing fuel station on the North side of the building, and the other one located to the South side of the building.
