The Feasibility Study should include but not be limited to: 1. Environmental site assessment which will include potential impacts to sensitive habitats and listed and/or protected wildlife species. 2. Land acquisition requirements or needs. Specific parcels of land which would be needed should be individually identified. 3. Cultural, historical, hydrologic, and natural resource assessments and potential impacts thereof. 4. Permitting requirements. 5. Wetland and/or Upland impacts. 6. Traffic data including counts, factors, and design traffic projecting. 7. Estimate of design, engineering, and construction costs. 8. Analysis of concepts, alternatives, or strategies to reduce vehicular traffic congestion if by-passes are determined not to be feasible. 9. Existing utility research and analysis vs. proposed improvement. 10. Conduct a minimum of two (2) public information meetings. 11. Conceptual drainage analysis. 12. Right of way survey, title searches, and right away control maps. 13. Soil survey and geotechnical data. 14. Corridor analysis.
