This is year 4 of the What A Leader program. Jacksonville Arts and Music School, Inc. What a Leader (WAL) is a training curriculum in youth competition. The program allows students to learn and participate in real-world activities enriched with challenges that cultivate essential leadership skills. WAL shares in educating students by providing intentional strategies through co-curricular involvement. Emphasis on public policy, urban development, entrepreneurship, media, arts, and technology allows for interesting discussion of creative and critical thought. The city of Jacksonville needs these particular services to prepare youth and young adults to be competitive in the workforce by developing leadership skills. The What a Leader curriculum is the exclusive intellectual property created and owned by Jacksonville Arts and Music School, Inc. (JAMS).
