The Valet Parking Lot Modifications project is located off Dixie Clipper Drive adjacent to the Jacksonville International Airport Terminal. The existing parking lot will be reconfigured to allow for 252 valet parking Spaces, 229 employee parking spaces, and 28 vendor parking spaces. The project includes demolition of existing pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm infrastructure, signage, telecommunication limes and trees. Existing revenue control equipment and gates will be salvaged and relocated to two new gate-controlled entrances. New asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, signage, pavement striping, islands and trees will be installed to realign the parking facility. New fiber, storm, and electrical utilities will be installed within the parking facility to reconnect the utility systems.
