The scope of work under this project includes the following main elements: Demolition of the existing concrete slabs and foundations and new foundations. Engineer of Record for the building and foundations, which will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building designed and sealed by a licensed PE in the State of Florida and provided and erected by a single PEMB supplier. Demolition of and/or abandon of select underground utilities and new site utilities. Provide asphalt in-fill with asphalt surface surrounding the new building pad and at demo pad and shallow foundations. Provide design for new pre-engineered metal building, with roof and partial walls. The size of the storage building is to be 35’ by 70’ by 12’ minimum clearance. Downspouts are directed to splash pads. Set finished floor elevation and slope to drain away from building. Painting of steel structure (main frames) and sub-framing with industrial coating. Provide new concrete foundation. Include concrete pedestals to elevate PEMB steel structure above grade. Provide steel pipe bollards with surround at all PEMB column frames. Provide new light fixtures. Provide new quad convenience receptacles located on building columns. Provide electrical pedestals for charging golf carts, gators, lifts, etc. Provide steel pipe bollards to protect electrical pedestals and building frames. Provide ventilation by with new (HVLS) high-volume-low speed industrial fans. Provide grounding for new structure. Provide building identification signage, clearance signage, parking space lines and signage.
