Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide ongoing information technology support for workstations, laptops, servers and network equipment at specified locations. This would include operating system software support and user support to recover failed workstations, laptops, server administration and network administration of switches, routers and hubs. B. All services shall be made available countywide. The Contract shall cover full service hardware maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. C. The types of equipment presented herein represent the County’s estimated needs for maintenance. D. All software and hardware is provided by the County. Exception will be parts provided by Contractor such as but not limited to: system boards, disk drives, memory, fans and power supplies used in the repair of supported equipment. E. For selected County divisions, the Contractor shall provide 24 x 7 x 365 technical support services. F. For selected divisions, the Contractor shall provide a complete help desk solution that will offer the end users a helpdesk icon on each workstation so that end users can initiate a help desk request. 1. The Contractor shall copy the County division Project Manager on all service tickets. 2. For Votran, include this blended cost in Line No. 1 of Attachment C – Pricing Form. 3. For additional County divisions, include this cost in Line No. 9 of Attachment C – Pricing Form. G. Contractor shall monitor selected workstations and all servers 24 hours a day to cover such things as event logs, monitor that the antivirus is current and running, monitor hard drives status for failure, cleaning up temp files, removing unwanted tool bars, notification of unwanted programs, include onsite and remote technical support, review and monitor all performance and stability of the systems.
