Four permanent doors, doors frames, and signage are to replace temporary doors for the Vanderbilt Beach Bathrooms including the women’s, men’s, and family restroom exterior doors and the custodian/electrical room door. All doors must be provided with manually installed hurricane panels. Hurricane Ian damaged most hurricane panels and all doors and door frames. Doors shall be aluminum frame matching original construction, which was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. The family, men’s, and women’s restroom doors are shown on the original construction plans as 7 (seven) feet tall and 3 (three) feet wide. The custodian/electrical room is reflected on the plans as being 8 (eight) feet tall. All measurements shall be field verified by the contractor prior to bidding. Doors shall include signage as determined by original plans, included with this quote request.
