Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Winter Springs is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to support the city with the following: 1. Application submittal and compliance for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) grants. 2. Application submittal and compliance for Florida Division of Emergency Management grants. 3. Application submittal and compliance for Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) grants. 4. Application submittal and compliance for Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) grants. 5. Application submittal and compliance for Florida Department of Environmental Protection grants. 6. Review grant agreements for specific grant requirements, review/develop schedule of milestones and deadlines 7. Prepare for attend Project Kick off-Meetings with City of Winter Springs Officials and staff. 8. Coordinate with the Agency providing the grant and City Staff regarding the project status and the need for any administrative requests. 9. Assist the City with the review of pertinent project documentation required by the Agency providing the grant, the Design Professional or Contractors throughout the course of the project and day-to-day assignments as they relate to the grant agreement. 10. Coordinate with City Staff and Design professionals regarding the project status in anticipation of the preparation of progress reports. 11. Prepare and submit progress reports to the Agency providing the grant during the course of the contract.. 12. Progress Reports shall coincide with monthly invoices 13. Conduct meetings with the Agency providing the grant through the Period of Performance as necessary. 14. Review contract documents 15. Review bid documents and determine contractor eligibility and compliance.
