Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tampa (City) is seeking proposals for a third party vendor to administer health and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible City employees. The Successful Proposer will be responsible for providing marketing and enrollment information, claims reimbursement information, administrative reporting, accounting services, quality customer service, and technical guidance regarding compliance with applicable legislation. The proposed plan must qualify under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code and comply with other federal regulations such as HIPAA. The FSA plan is a voluntary benefit that is funded with employee contributions through Section 125 payroll deduction.
