The University of Florida (UF) is seeking qualified event planners and/or agencies to submit proposals to provide special event planning, design, coordination and management services, as well as companies that offer event rentals. UF currently organizes a variety of events on campus through various departments and student organizations. Attendance for these events range in size and event type. Qualified vendors are expected to review Lot 1 and Lot 2 descriptions of this ITN and identify in their proposal response the Lot or Lots that most accurately reflects the type(s) of event service(s) they offer. UF intends to award this contract to a pool of qualified vendors for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 to ensure that a variety of services are available to Campus as needed. It will be at UF’s sole discretion to choose which vendor to use for each event.
