The Town of Palm Beach, Florida (“the Town”), is hereby requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide Enterprise Resource Planning platform. The Town engaged Tyler Eden for an ERP solution in 2006 followed by implementation in 2007. Tyler Technologies has advised the Town that our current ERP solution has a sunset date of December 1, 2026. The Town is seeking an ERP system that will enhance its ability to provide administrative services aligned with best practices, promoting accountability, transparency, and improved efficiency through the effective use of technology. Town engaged GFOA (Government Finance Officers Association) as a consultant to prepare scope of services and assist with selection process. GFOA is providing independent, objective, and best practice focused consulting services consistent with our mission to improve government management.
