The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a contract with a Respondent to enable the Florida Institute for Child Welfare (FICW) to secure the services of a research-driven entity with subject matter expertise in youth engagement within the Florida child welfare system. The entity is either knowledgeable in the Florida child welfare practice model or able to contract with a knowledgeable person. The entity will create an Advanced Certification (AdCert) course comprised of one overview module, six content modules, one conclusion module, a guide for two (2) four-hour facilitated training sessions, provide a coaching engagement guide, and collaborate on hosting a course recruitment webinar. The FICW desires a Respondent proficient in or able to contract with an expert in curriculum development, e-learning course authoring, graphic design, and webinar development. It is important to note the Respondent is responsible for the development and curation of all course assets, including but not limited to graphics, videos, handouts, and helpful resources.
