The primary purpose is to enable FIU to collaborate with a successful respondent for digital marketing services to support FIU’s College of Law (“FIU Law”) enrollment in its non-JD academic programs. The initial term of the contract will be for two (2) years, and the University will have the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Renewals are not automatic. The successful respondent’s performance is expected to begin on the effective date of the cover agreement once fully executed. The purpose of this project is to increase enrollment of qualified students in FIU Law’s (1) banking, healthcare, and education Juris Master degree programs; (2) Master of Science in Law and Technology degree program; and (3) paralegal certificate program. The successful respondent’s proposal will include a comprehensive plan to generate qualified leads, applications, and matriculants, including demand generation and nurture campaigns, marketing automation plans, content creation plans for social, email, and other digital media, and digital media planning and placement strategies. The successful respondent should have experience with higher education institutions, particularly law schools.
