Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Services Construct the Biosolids Dewatering Facility at the New Smyrna Beach Utilities Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), located at 3119 SR44, New Smyrna Beach, FL. Work includes the construction of the Biosolids Dewatering Facility structure and the following, but not limited to, elements: • One (1) volute dewatering press system including skid mounted mixing/flocculation tank and screw presses. • Polymer feed system and polymer tote storage and monitoring systems. • Dewatering sludge cake pumping system and associated piping, valving, and appurtenances. • Electrical, controls, and instrumentation system improvements. • SCADA System modifications. • Site work, yard piping, plant internal roadway improvements, signage, sodding, and miscellaneous appurtenances and ancillaries.
